HVAC Installer

Climate Guys Western Michigan (Holland / Hudsonville / South Haven area)

$32-38 per hour, based on experience

Climate Guys is a family-owned and operated HVAC company serving Western Michigan since 2010. We specialize in residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems and take pride in delivering dependable, high-quality installations for our customers.

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Installer who takes pride in the trade, works well as part of a team, and is committed to completing installations safely and correctly.

What You'll Do:

• Install residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning equipment.
• Complete HVAC system change-outs, replacements, and new installations.
• Assist with system layouts, ductwork installation, and equipment placement.
• Install and connect furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, thermostats, and related HVAC components.
• Follow installation specifications, manufacturer guidelines, and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work closely with other installers and team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Provide professional and respectful service while working in customers' homes and businesses.

Schedule:

40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience
• Experience installing residential heating and cooling systems
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Working knowledge of HVAC equipment, ductwork, system layouts, and installation practices
• Ability to safely use common HVAC tools and equipment
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 100 lbs
• Dependable, professional, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to follow company standards, procedures, and safety policies
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
