Mike’s Mechanical is hiring experienced HVAC Installers. Servicing the Lewis & Clark Valley for over 30 years with an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau, we're looking for motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team!

Job Title: HVAC Installer
Location: Lewiston, ID 83501
Pay: $30/hr + (DOE) Plus $7,000 hiring bonus
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Benefits: 401K with up to a 4% employer match, medical, dental, and vision insurance (100% paid by employer), paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.

Position Type: Full-time

Position Summary: The HVAC Installer will install HVAC equipment into residential customers' homes, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and related components.

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• 4-5 years of HVAC experience
• Valid EPA certification
• Ability to measure ductwork and install equipment and accessories
• Test, braze line sets, evacuate, and charge systems
• Perform low and high-voltage connections on furnaces, air handlers, and AC units
• Lift up to 100 lbs
• Work from ladders 28' or higher
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
