A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC INSTALLER

As an HVAC Installer, your day starts with planning the installations and repairs you'll be performing for residential, commercial, or industrial clients. You head out in your company truck, equipped with everything you need for a successful day. From diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC issues to performing installations and replacements, your technical expertise will shine. You maintain a clean work area and provide exceptional service to each client you encounter. As you complete your work, you keep track of necessary paperwork and communicate effectively with the team.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC INSTALLER

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good driving record with a valid driver's license (no more than one ticket in the last 5 years)
• Experience with HVAC replacements
• Ability to adhere to all state HVAC codes
• Experience supervising apprentices
• Strong soldering and electrical work skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to climb ladders, work in close spaces, and adhere to safety standards

SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position, working 45-50 hours per week. You'll be on call at times and may need to work overtime when required. Your shifts could vary, typically running from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM or later.
