Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to residential homes daily as scheduled
• Conduct consultations with customers to assess their needs efficiently and respectfully
• Install new heating, cooling, ventilation, and mini-split systems
• Diagnose and resolve issues with existing HVAC systems
• Perform performance tests using specialized tools
• Use our field management software to process paperless invoices
• Maintain an accurate inventory of equipment and HVAC resources
• Must be able to be on a rotating on-call schedule on weekdays, weekends, holiday

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of installation/HVAC experience required!
• Sheet metal experience .
• Diagnostic service experience is a plus
• Must have a basic hand tools, sheet metal tools, & a volt meter
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Trustworthiness is a must!
• Must have a friendly and respectful attitude on every job site
• Provide excellent relationship-based customer service to our clients
• Able to maintain a safe working environment
• Thorough knowledge of different brands of equipment
• Must be able to work well and take direction from other team members
• Ability to learn how to operate our field management system
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Must be able to be on a rotating on-call schedule on weekdays, weekends, holidays
