Home Allegiance Heating & Air is seeking a hands-on HVAC Installer to join our energetic, family-oriented team in New Jersey. Youll install residential HVAC equipment, connect ductwork and thermostats, and deliver professional service that builds trust with customers.

Qualifications

EPA certification required.
1+ year HVAC install experience.

Responsibilities

Installing residential HVAC equipment.
Install and connect ductwork, refrigerant lines, thermostats, and electrical components.
Communicating clearly with customers and building trust through honest, professional service.
Maintaining accurate records of work performed.
Assisting in mentoring or training newer team members when needed.
