Position: HVAC Installer/Installation Technician

Location: Kernersville, NC

Responsibilities

• Install and change-out residential and light commercial air conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems.
• Plan and execute installations according to local code, aiming for first-time pass on final mechanical inspection.
• Communicate effectively with customers on-site to ensure an outstanding installation experience.
• Properly stage and complete jobs, signing off on installation checklists.
• Use electrical test equipment, pressure gauges, hand tools, and power tools.
• Work independently or as part of a team to identify and resolve field issues.
• Maintain honesty, dependability, integrity, and a professional company image.

Qualifications

Required:

• 3+ years HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• EPA Certification
• Pass drug test and background check

Preferred:

• On-the-job training or experience
• Own tools (preferred)
• Experience with service and maintenance calls
• NATE Certification

Salary & Benefits

Salary is commensurate with experience, up to $35/hr with performance incentives. Benefits include paid time off, monthly medical stipend, cell phone reimbursement, and daily quality/efficiency bonuses.
