Job Requirements:

• Install, repair, replace, and maintain HVAC systems.
• Strong communication skills for working with project managers, apprentices, and homeowners.
• Careful observation to diagnose HVAC system issues.
• Install, retrofit, and remodel HVAC systems.
• Change HVAC equipment.
• Perform duct work and modifications.
• Work with sheet metal.
• Lift up to 75 lbs.
• Work in crawlspaces and attics.
• Ensure installations are complete and units are functioning properly.
• Collect payments.
• Work on a rotational weekend schedule.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• HVAC installation experience: 3+ years.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• NATE certification is a plus.
• OSHA 10+ certification.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30-$40 hourly

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7 am - 7 pm, rotating Saturdays.
