About the Role: As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential properties, ensuring proper installation and efficient operation to meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
• Conduct site inspections and measurements for proper system placement.
• Install refrigerant lines, electrical wiring, and ventilation systems.
• Perform load calculations for appropriate sizing of HVAC units.
• Test systems and make necessary adjustments.
• Diagnose issues and recommend repairs or replacements.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to HVAC codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.
• Keep accurate records of work and materials.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
