• 2+ years HVAC installs (residential/light commercial).
• Deep know-how on equipment, electrical, refrigeration, ducts, and codes.
• Blueprint-reading proficiency.
• Clean Illinois driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., access attics/crawl spaces, and work in varied weather.
• Overtime/on-call flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems—furnaces, AC units, coils, ductwork, and smart thermostats.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure precise, energy-efficient installs.
• Fabricate ductwork, connect refrigerant lines and wiring, and perform testing and startup checks.
• Identify upgrade opportunities to improve efficiency and save costs.
• Maintain a clean, safe job site and proper tool organization.
• Explain technical details in plain language and provide excellent customer service.
