Travis Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Inc. is a growing HVAC and refrigeration company serving Southwest Florida, and we’re looking for a dependable, skilled HVAC Installer who can also perform system maintenances and basic service work.

Position Responsibilities:

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems (split systems, package units, mini-splits, etc.)
• Perform routine HVAC maintenance and tune-ups
• Diagnose basic system issues and assist with repairs when needed
• Ensure quality workmanship and follow safety standards
• Communicate professionally with customers on site

Qualifications:

• HVAC installation experience required (2+ years preferred)
• EPA Certification required
• Basic troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, punctual, and team-oriented
