Job summary

Travis Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Inc. is hiring an HVAC Installer to install residential and light commercial systems, perform routine maintenance, and diagnose basic issues on-site in Southwest Florida.

You will work with a small team, follow safety standards, communicate professionally with customers, and contribute to steady year-round work. EPA certification and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• HVAC installation experience is required, 2+ years preferred.
• EPA Certification is required.
• Basic troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge is expected.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems (split systems, package units, mini-splits).
• Perform routine HVAC maintenance and tune-ups.

Position Responsibilities

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems (split systems, package units, mini-splits, etc.)
