Job summary

Jobot in Cincinnati is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. You will read blueprints, fabricate and install ductwork, and ensure secure hangers and supports on commercial projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HVAC, proficient with sheet metal tools, able to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and follow safety standards. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with sheet metal tools (snips, brakes, plasma cutters, drills).

• HVAC Installation certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble HVAC ductwork pieces for installation at the job site, as necessary.
• Place hangers and supports for HVAC duct.
• Utilize sheet metal tools (snips, brakes, plasma cutters, drills) proficiently.
• Lifting heavy materials, working at heights, and performing physically demanding tasks.
• Install commercial HVAC ductwork, including rectangular, spiral, round, and specialty metal systems.
• Fabricate sheet metal components using shears, brakes, and other fabrication tools as needed.
• Ensure all installations are completed on time and to the highest standard of quality.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
