Polar Bear Plumbing Heating & Air in Windsor, CO is seeking a full-time Heating and Air Conditioning Installer to install HVAC equipment across Northern Colorado. Join a veteran-owned, family-operated team that values you as a person and offers competitive benefits.

The role runs 7:00 am–4:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with pay from $20.00 to $40.00 per hour and SPIFF incentives. You’ll lift up to 75 pounds, work in varied conditions, and must pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• EPA certification is required.
• Minimum 1+ year as installer or service tech.
• Strong mechanical and HVAC knowledge.
• Ability to repair and maintain HVAC equipment.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

OUR IDEAL HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING INSTALLER

Do you meet these qualifications?

• EPA certification
• 1+ years of experience as an installer or service technician
• Strong mechanical and HVAC system knowledge
• Ability to repair and maintain heating and air conditioning equipment
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Ability to work overhead, in confined spaces, on ladders, and in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 75 pounds
• Problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Can you work these hours?

The typical schedule goes from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Are you able to perform this job?

You'll be responsible for accurately installing HVAC equipment, safely connecting wires and controls, and performing general maintenance like cleaning and system inspections.
