Job summary

C2S Energy is hiring HVAC Installers in Massachusetts to decarbonize homes. You will install high-efficiency mini-splits and heat pumps, perform general construction tasks, and learn vacuum and charging procedures from Lead Techs.

No refrigeration license required; paid training; opportunities to grow into Lead Technician or Field Manager. We are a local New Bedford-based company valuing hard work and reliability.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and reliable transport.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and use power tools.
• 1+ Year Construction experience preferred.
• Can-Do attitude and willingness to learn.
