Job summary

Michael and Son Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer Technician in Alexandria, Virginia, to repair, maintain, and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience and CFC/EPA certification.

Responsibilities include performing repairs and maintenance on HVAC components, maintaining reports, and ensuring excellent customer service. The position offers a range of benefits, including health, dental, and a bonus program.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience preferred.
• CFC/EPA certification of Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and good standing record.
• Ability to operate power tools safely.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with the public.
• High level of motivation and strong work ethic.
• Must pass a drug screen/criminal background check.

• Maintain record‑keeping requirements and written reports as part of a daily routine.
• Troubleshoot and problem‑solve repairs.
• Repair, replace and adjust residential operating systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on residential HVAC equipment and systems.
