Job summary

Michael and Son Services seeks an Experienced HVAC Installer Technician to join our team in the Alexandria area. The right candidate will perform repairs and maintenance on residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, and ensure quality service for our customers.

Qualifications include at least 3+ years of experience, a valid driver's license, and CFC/EPA Type II or Universal certification.

• Performs repairs and maintenance of residential HVAC components

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance of heating/cooling and ventilating systems for residential properties
• Keep daily written reports and maintain records
• Troubleshoot and solve repairs efficiently
• Repair, replacement and adjustment of residential operating HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on HVAC equipment

We're looking for Experienced HVAC Installer Technician.

The right candidate will have experience in the following areas:

• 3+ years of experience preferred
• CFC/EPA certification of Type II or Universal
• Performs all repairs and maintenance of all heating/cooling and ventilating components common to residential operations
• Maintains record keeping requirements and written reports as part of a daily routine
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve repairs
• Experience in the repair, replacement and adjustment of residential operating systems
• Performs preventative maintenance and inspections on residential HVAC equipment and systems

The right candidate will be able to:

• Have a valid driver's license and record in good standing
• Ability to operate power tools safely
• Excellent customer service skills/ability to interact with the public
• Potential to excel in your role
• High level of motivation and great work ethic
• Must be able to pass a drug screen/criminal background check
