Nextech is seeking an Installation Technician to install light commercial HVACR systems and related controls. You will receive a company vehicle, start from home daily, and be paid for travel time. The role requires coordinating with a team, maintaining records, and delivering quality installations.

Qualifications

• EPA certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years HVACR installer experience.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles to and from home, branch, and work sites.
• Coordinate and communicate tasks with team members.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed for branch updates.
• Measure and fabricate ductwork to project specs.
• Install/insulate duct systems and perform gas piping layout.
• Replace RTUs, split systems, or boilers as needed.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings to guide work.
