Larry’s Heating and Cooling is growing, and we're looking for people who know how to install, service, and repair Heating and Cooling equipment in the Yankton and Vermillion Area.

Our Technicians are the happiest, by far!

We stay busy all year long, which means no layoffs in 38 years! We have a very large, loyal Client base that is continuously growing.

We do serious weekly training, with opportunities for one-on-one training with our leaders, Senior Techs, and outside Training labs as needed. If there's an area you'd like to focus on, we want to help you!

PAY PLANS:

We have a unique pay plan and benefits package that is not available anywhere else. The more you learn, the more you grow, and the more you are rewarded! Pay ranges from $20 to $30 per hour depending on experience.

Suffice it to say that our people are very happy with our structure and are compensated very well for their respective roles.
