What You’ll Do as an HVAC Installation Technician

???? Install, replace, and upgrade heating and cooling systems in residential homes
???? Ensure compliance with local & HVAC codes and manufacturer specifications
????️ Diagnose and troubleshoot installation issues to maintain top performance
???? Educate homeowners on IAQ solutions & HVAC technology upgrades (multi-speed blowers, dampers, zoning, humidifiers, thermostats, etc.)
???? Identify potential leads for system replacements & upgrades—we reward referrals!
???? Build relationships with clients, providing expert advice and earning their trust

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of HVAC Installation experience
EPA Certification (Required)
Strong problem-solving skills – Ability to quickly troubleshoot installation challenges
Detail-oriented – Committed to getting the job done right the first time
Effective communicator – Comfortable interacting with homeowners
Physical capability – Able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in crawl spaces
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
