Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated HVAC Installation Technicians with 2-5+ years of experience to join our team! This role includes positions for Apprentices and Leaders in custom installations and retrofits for systems in residences and commercial establishments, including custom homes, retrofits, T&A commercial remodels for storefronts, medical, and office spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Installation & retrofit of HVAC systems including high-efficiency units, multi-zone mini splits, VRFs, Pkg units, and systems for new constructions and retrofits.
• Establish rapport with customers to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
• Perform installation and start-up procedures efficiently and with quality practices.
• Manage materials and vehicle stock to optimize job performance.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work culture.
• Apply knowledge of installation practices, airflow, refrigerant systems, and troubleshooting to complete jobs effectively.

Qualifications:

• Experience as an HVAC Installation technician or relevant education.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• EPA Certification (Universal).
• Experience with chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, and geothermal systems.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift up to 40 pounds.
