Position: HVAC Installation Technician

The HVAC Installation Technician is responsible for the complete and satisfactory installation of residential HVAC equipment and accessories.

Responsibilities:

• Install heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment, as well as accessories, following company standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Design, fabricate, and install various ducts and fittings as necessary.
• Perform diagnostics as needed.
• Maintain a clean work area and protect client floors by laying drop cloths during installations.
• Conduct pre- and post-installation walkthroughs, identify damages, and communicate with customers.
• Complete installation forms accurately for reporting and future reference.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding the scope of work, answer questions, and address concerns.
• Perform start-ups on heating and cooling systems and other components.
• Maintain safe working conditions for the installation crew.
• Adhere to all company standards of performance and the code of ethics.

Qualifications:

• Experience with strong references preferred.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
