ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an HVAC Installation Supervisor to lead installation strategies at the Aurora, CO branch. You will direct installation teams, oversee scheduling, budgeting, and customer satisfaction while driving measurable performance improvements.

The role requires 6–8 years of industry experience and proven management ability, with a valid driver's license and strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs and develops the installation staff, including hiring, scheduling, and evaluating performance.
• Plan workload to maximize profits and ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Manage budgets and ordering of materials/equipment for scheduled jobs.
• Ensure customer issues are resolved to maintain satisfaction and monitor downtime.
• Generate reports on department operations and inventory/vehicles.
• Oversee payroll accuracy for technicians and maintain facility/equipment.

Responsibilities

Manages and develops the installation staff, which includes hiring, terminating and disciplining of employees, scheduling employees, setting work priorities, conducting meetings, counseling employees, evaluating performance and directing work assignments to ensure production is completedEvaluates the workload and schedules service in a way that it maximizes profitsResolves customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and may conduct job site surveysCreates and manages budgetsEnsures that materials and equipment are ordered and dispensed for scheduled jobs and schedules repairs for parts to ensure minimal down-time in job completionGenerates reports and measures of departmental operations as well as records on all inventory, tools and vehiclesReviews payroll records to ensure that technicians are paid properlyOversees facility and equipment maintenance

Qualifications

High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required with 6-8 years of experience in a service industry company. Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substitutedHVAC industry experience/knowledge requiredManagement experience required with a track record of successValid driver's license Strong leadership, communications, computer and mathematical skills Ability to pass background check, MVR check and drug screen
