Job summary

Zero Homes is hiring an Installation Quality Manager to lead pre-install QA checks, post-install QC, and punch list resolution. You will own the contractor experience, set clear standards, and provide fast, actionable solutions on site and by phone.

You bring 3–5 years of residential HVAC installation and supervision, with a track record of quality checks and clear technical guidance. This role is primarily in-office with frequent field visits, offering equity, benefits, and growth.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years hands-on residential HVAC installation and supervision/management experience.
• Experience running quality checks on residential installs.
• Ability to give clear technical direction on site and over the phone.
• Ability to read equipment layouts and specs.
• Willingness to do the work myself including site walks and field corrections.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• EPA 608 certification, NATE certification, Master mechanical license (bonus).

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-install QA checks to catch design/site problems.
• Perform post-install QC to ensure standards are met.
• Own punch list items from start to completion and coordinate resolutions.
• Act as technical resource for contractors and install coordinators.
• Provide clear guidance when issues arise and drive快速 solutions.
