Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ServiceTitan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all HVAC installation activities from inception to completion.
• Manage site activities, scheduling, resources, and supervision of technicians/subcontractors.
• Review blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate project implementation.
• Oversee project scheduling to align with customer timelines.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and troubleshooting to maintain high workmanship standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, clients, and vendors for seamless execution.
• Maintain documentation including reports, logs, change orders, and progress updates.
