DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking an HVAC Installation Manager to lead installation projects on commercial and residential sites. This role focuses on delivering on-time, on-budget results while upholding quality standards.

You will supervise field technicians and subcontractors, review drawings, coordinate with project teams, and maintain thorough project documentation to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership/management experience in residential HVAC installation or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction estimating processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Service Titan experience preferred.
• Familiarity with project scheduling techniques and construction site safety protocols.
• Excellent time management with ability to juggle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams of technicians and subcontractors on large-scale projects.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across diverse teams and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate HVAC system installations from project inception through completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.
• Manage site activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and supervision of field technicians and subcontractors.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications.
• Oversee project scheduling and coordination efforts to align with customer's schedules.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the installation process.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues promptly, and maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, clients, and vendors to facilitate seamless communication and efficient project execution.
• Maintain detailed documentation including daily reports, incident logs, change orders, and progress updates to support project transparency.
