DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking an HVAC Installation Manager to lead both residential and commercial installations, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and top-quality workmanship. The role requires extensive site experience, strong leadership, and meticulous planning.

Responsibilities include coordinating all installation activities, reviewing blueprints, managing schedules and subcontractors, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience focused on residential HVAC installation.
• Strong blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction estimating.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Service Titan experience preferred.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and coordinate large teams.

Pay:

$110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Duties

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of HVAC system installations from project inception through completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.
• Manage site activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and supervision of field technicians and subcontractors.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications.
• Oversee project scheduling and coordination efforts to align with customer's schedules.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the installation process.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues promptly, and maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, clients, and vendors to facilitate seamless communication and efficient project execution.
• Maintain detailed documentation including daily reports, incident logs, change orders, and progress updates to support project transparency.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in leadership and management with a focus on Residential HVAC installation or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction estimating processes.
• Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Suite. Service Titan software experience preferred.
• Familiarity with project scheduling techniques and construction site safety protocols.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing teams of technicians and subcontractors on large-scale projects.
