DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company in the United States is seeking an HVAC Installation Manager to lead complex installation projects for commercial and residential customers. You will drive on-time delivery, manage field crews, review drawings, and ensure safety, quality, and budget adherence.

This role requires a minimum of 10 years in leadership with residential HVAC installation experience, strong scheduling, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of leadership and management experience in Residential HVAC installation or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction estimating processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Service Titan software experience preferred.
• Familiarity with project scheduling techniques and construction site safety protocols.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities with tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams of technicians and subcontractors on large projects.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of HVAC installations from inception to completion, ensuring schedules and budgets are met.
• Manage site activities, scheduling, resource allocation, and supervision of technicians and subcontractors.
• Review blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate implementation of project specs.
• Oversee project scheduling and coordination to align with customer timelines.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout installation.
• Conduct regular site inspections, troubleshoot issues, and maintain workmanship standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, clients, and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Maintain detailed documentation including daily reports and change orders.

This role is vital in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Duties

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of HVAC system installations from project inception through completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.

• Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications.

Requirements

• Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Suite. Service Titan software experience preferred.
• Familiarity with project scheduling techniques and construction site safety protocols.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing teams of technicians and subcontractors on large-scale projects.
