Job summary

DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking an HVAC Installation Manager to lead the installation of HVAC systems on commercial and residential projects. You will drive on-time, on-budget execution with a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive site experience, and collaboration with project managers, engineers, clients and vendors to deliver excellent results. In-person work location is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leadership/management in residential HVAC.
• Strong blueprint reading and estimating knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Service Titan experience preferred.
• Knowledge of scheduling and safety protocols.
• Proven ability to lead crews on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of HVAC system installations from project inception through completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.
• Manage site activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and supervision of field technicians and subcontractors.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications.
• Oversee project scheduling and coordination efforts to align with customer's schedules.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the installation process.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues promptly, and maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, clients, and vendors to facilitate seamless communication and efficient project execution.
• Maintain detailed documentation including daily reports, incident logs, change orders, and progress updates to support project transparency.

This role is vital in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management skills, extensive site experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. • Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Suite. Service Titan software experience preferred.
• Familiarity with project scheduling techniques and construction site safety protocols.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing teams of technicians and subcontractors on large-scale projects.
