American Residential Services (ARS-Rescue Rooter) is seeking an HVAC Installation Manager in Aurora, CO to lead installation strategies for the branch. You will direct and develop the installation staff, optimize scheduling, and ensure timely, high-quality job completion while controlling costs.

The role requires HVAC industry experience and proven management ability, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, safety, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• HVAC industry experience/knowledge required.
• Management experience required with a track record of success.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent and 6–8 years in a service industry.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong leadership, communications, computer and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages and develops the installation staff, including hiring, terminating and disciplining employees, scheduling, setting priorities, conducting meetings, counseling, evaluating performance and directing work assignments to ensure production completion.
• Evaluates workload and schedules service to maximize profits.
• Resolves customer issues and may conduct job site surveys.
• Creates and manages budgets.
• Ensures materials and equipment are ordered and dispensed for scheduled jobs and schedules repairs for parts to minimize downtime.
• Generates reports and measures of departmental operations as well as records on inventory, tools and vehicles.
• Reviews payroll records to ensure technicians are paid properly.
• Oversees facility and equipment maintenance.

• Strong leadership, communications, computer and mathematical skills
