Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in HVAC installation with leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC installations and codes.
- Proven ability to lead field teams and ensure safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage HVAC Lead Installers, Installers, and Helpers.
- Coordinate daily installation schedules, manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure installations meet quality standards, specs, and codes.
- Conduct jobsite visits and quality inspections.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting in the field.
- Train installation staff on techniques, safety, and customer service.
- Review documentation for accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor productivity, callbacks, and warranty issues.
- Collaborate with sales and operations to address site concerns.
- Maintain communication with dispatch, management, and teams.
- Ensure crews have tools, resources, and certifications.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Promote safety culture and enforce policies.
- Maintain a professional installation department.
