Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning seeks an experienced HVAC Installer to install and service heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in customers' homes. You will install equipment, perform start-ups, and ensure quality workmanship under supervision.

The role requires a strong foundation in HVAC systems, EPA certifications, and the ability to read wiring diagrams, balance airflow, and work in varied environments. A valid driver's license and flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 10+ years' HVAC technical training/certification preferred.
• EPA certifications required; licensing as applicable by local regulations.
• Proficient understanding of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and related equipment and accessories.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customers' homes under supervision.
• Perform initial diagnostics and start-ups of HVAC systems.
• Design and install ducts and related fittings as needed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service and communication.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and complete paperwork accurately.
