Job summary

American Residential Services (ARS) in Cleveland is hiring an HVAC Helper for new construction installations. You will assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining systems, assemble materials, transport tools, and keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.

We require 1-2 years of experience, strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. EPA certification is preferred or willingness to obtain it.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• EPA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems on new construction sites.
• Assemble materials and equipment needed for job completion.
• Transport tools and supplies to job sites and keep proper tool inventory.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Safely handle and lift materials (must be able to lift over 75 lbs).
• Follow all company safety policies and wear required protective equipment.
• Gather and return salvageable materials to the warehouse.
