Pay: $65,000-$75,000 per year, plus monthly performance bonus potential.

We're seeking an experienced HVAC professional to join our team as an HVAC Field Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HVAC Installer or Service Technician who is ready to step away from daily production work and move into a leadership and training role.
This is not a desk-based management position. You'll spend significant time in the field working alongside our installation crews, evaluating workmanship, correcting installation issues, and providing the hands-on technical training they need to succeed.
