Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• 1 year experience in residential HVAC installation.
• HVAC trade school and EPA certification preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand/power tools.
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and work hard.
• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented mindset.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day.
• Interest in building a long-term career in the trades.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment.
• Help with ductwork installation, materials handling, and job site setup.
• Learn proper installation techniques, safety procedures, and tool usage.
• Support retrofit, new construction, and light commercial installation projects.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites.
• Work closely with experienced installers to build technical skills and confidence.
• Develop the knowledge and experience needed to grow into an independent installer role.
