Qualifications

• One year of general labor experience with manual and power tools.
• High school diploma, GED, or vocational training completion.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC technicians with light repair, maintenance, and installation work.
• Observe and learn all aspects of HVAC systems and building performance services.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and properly inventory the truck.
• Wear floor savers and protect customers’ homes while performing service.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers.
• Complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Follow all company safety standards and best practices.
• Travel to training sessions or meetings as required (up to 25–50%).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
