Legacy Reno is seeking HVAC Install Helpers to join our team serving the Reno area. We offer full benefits, ongoing training, and a 401k match. Our office is in Carson City and we support long-term career growth.

What you will do includes collaborating with the Installation department, delivering timely installations to company standards, and providing excellent customer service while documenting work and maintaining HVAC code proficiency.

Qualifications

• Basic HVAC knowledge.
• Must pass motor vehicle, background check and drug screen.
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
• Physical dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Installation department and others to provide timely and accurate installation per company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Analyze work orders, follow daily travel schedule, listen to customer concerns, perform designated work, and proactively solve problems.
• For each installation, request necessary parts/equipment in advance and verify truck is loaded with materials.
• Document work performed per company procedure.
• Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.

What you will do:
