Qualifications

• 1 year minimum residential HVAC installation experience (helper)
• 3–4 years residential HVAC installation experience (lead)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Analyze work orders, address customer concerns, and perform HVAC installations
• Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and ensure seamless operations
• Maintain inventory and ensure trucks are properly equipped for each installation
• Document work accurately and guide apprentices
• Stay updated with HVAC codes and standards and uphold professional conduct
