Job summary

HVAC RNTL is seeking an HVAC Installation Technician in the United States to perform installation of applied equipment and depot maintenance. This full-time role requires problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in diverse conditions.

Ideal candidates will have 1–5 years’ experience in chiller/HVAC maintenance, a valid driver’s license, HVAC certification, OSHA 10 training, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current HVAC certification and OSHA 10 Training required.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• 1–5 years in chiller/HVAC maintenance or related field.
• Electrical knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Install applied equipment with supervision.
• Assist with depot maintenance and testing of equipment.
• Assist with depot cleaning and inventory.
• Troubleshoot suction/ discharge pressure diagnostics.
• Install and commission cooling towers.
• Perform refrigerant leak checks.
• Complete log sheets for installed equipment.
• Clean condenser coils on trailer-mounted chillers.
• Perform tube maintenance on water-cooled chillers.
• Navigate chiller control panels to collect data.
