Qualifications

• HVAC installation experience and leadership in install projects.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and explain options to customers.
• Ongoing training and certifications to enhance knowledge base.

Responsibilities

• Replace heating, air conditioning, or refrigeration equipment/systems.
• Install new HVAC duct systems in remodeled spaces.
• Test electrical circuits for continuity and inspect for leaks.
• Connect wiring between controls and equipment per diagram.
• Install and adjust thermostats and related controls.
• Ensure safety standards and maintain clean work area.
• Prepare reports for each job including start-ups and invoicing.
• Train customers on understanding new HVAC systems.
