DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking experienced Residential HVAC Installation Technicians for full-time work at 426 Warren Street, Reading, PA 19601. The role offers $26-$35/hr based on experience, a full benefits package, and year-round residential installation projects with 40 hours guaranteed weekly.

Qualifications

• Residential HVAC installation experience required.
• Must have a good working knowledge of products and services being offered. This may require additional study and training both on and off site.
• EPA certification required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must pass background check
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductwork)
• Communicate with Lead Installer throughout each project in order to assure proper, prompt completion of the job.
• Follow proper installation and safety procedures
• Maintain clean, professional job sites
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Work as part of a team that supports each other
• Other duties as assigned
