Job description

A leading HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Service Provider is actively seeking a dedicated HVAC Install Technician to join their Residential Install division in Exton, PA.

This is a 1st shift opportunity, 7am to 3:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install residential HVAC systems meticulously and efficiently, ensuring projects are completed correctly on the first attempt.
2. Work collaboratively within a team, often under minimal supervision, but reporting to a Lead Installer to achieve collective goals.
3. Engage in continuous learning from experienced team members, enhancing skills and knowledge in HVAC system installation.
4. Manage all job-related documentation and customer communication with accuracy and thoroughness, ensuring all tasks are completed neatly and within designated timelines.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in residential HVAC installations, with boiler installation experience viewed favorably.
• An Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school is advantageous but not required.
• Current CFC Certification and a valid driver's license with an insurable record.
• Proficiency in technology use, capable of managing work tasks through iPads and professional communication via email.
