Job summary

Performance Air Conditioning, Electrical & Plumbing is seeking an HVAC Installation Technician Assistant to support residential HVAC install projects. You will gain hands-on field experience and develop a long-term career in the HVAC industry.

You will work alongside experienced Install Technicians, participate in paid training with 150+ hours annually, and have opportunities for advancement within a strong promote-from-within culture.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience preferred, but motivated candidates with mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
