DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking experienced HVAC Installation Technicians in Pennsylvania to join a family-owned shop that values craftsmanship and teamwork. The role offers top hourly pay, full benefits, and steady, year-round residential installation work.

Responsibilities include installing furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, and ductwork while coordinating with the Lead Installer. EPA certification and a valid driver's license are required, along with a strong safety mindset and

Qualifications

• Residential HVAC installation experience required.
• Must have a good working knowledge of products and services offered; may require training both on and off site.
• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass background check.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.

• Install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductwork)
• Communicate with Lead Installer throughout each project in order to assure proper, prompt completion of the job.
• Follow proper installation and safety procedures
• Maintain clean, professional job sites
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Work as part of a team that supports each other
• Other duties as assigned
