Eco is seeking an HVAC Install Team Member to join a fast-growing HVAC team. You will install residential HVAC systems with precision, working closely with a Lead Installer to meet performance goals and keep projects on schedule.

You’ll deliver high-quality workmanship and grow your skills through ongoing training and team meetings. This full-time role requires a strong work ethic, leadership, clear communication, and a team-first mindset.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, sit, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working at heights, climbing ladders, and using scaffolding with proper safety equipment.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, wind) while wearing required PPE.
• Required PPE includes hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, masks/respirators, hi-vis vests, gloves, and safety-toe boots.
