As an AOR / HVAC Installation Mechanic, you will disassemble and remove old systems, then install, start-up, and troubleshoot (if needed) new HVAC systems in residential settings.

Qualifications

• Experience as a lead installer doing residential system replacements.
• Comfortable in a lead role with an assistant/helper.
• Knowledge of local inspection codes.
• EPA Certification (certification assistance may be available).
• Strong work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to access attics, crawl spaces, and lift heavy objects regularly.
• Flexibility to work long, sporadic hours and weekends when necessary.
• Pre-employment drug screening, background checks, and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record are required.
