Qualifications

• 3–5 years HVAC installation experience.
• 2+ years supervising field technicians.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiar with diagnostic tools and safety protocols.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily installation activities and technician teams.
• Monitor workflow to ensure installations meet quality standards.
• Manage tools, inventory, and job-site logistics effectively.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure OSHA and EPA compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Dispatch, and Customer Service to optimize operations.
• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to installation technicians.
• Conduct performance reviews and assist HR with staffing needs.
• Keep track of KPIs and take corrective actions when needed.
• Manage and resolve customer escalations and issues.
