Job summary

Home Comfort Experts, part of TurnPoint Services, seeks an HVAC Install Manager to lead the Install department in Indiana. You will oversee operations, supervise staff, and drive department performance toward production, revenue, and gross profit goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC service leadership or supervisory experience.
• 4+ years of commercial or residential HVAC experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop department towards set production, revenue, and gross profit goals.
• Lead and manage a team of up to 20 field installers including schedules, performance reviews, engagement, hiring, terminations, safety and efficiency, etc.
• Apply expert knowledge of light commercial and residential equipment, components, wiring, and installation.
• Ensure best-in-class service delivery by enhancing workflows, optimize dispatching, and drive customer satisfaction.
• Assess employee capabilities, providing ongoing coaching and training to support professional growth and performance.
• Monitor and evaluate work quality and outcomes to ensure adherence to established standards and expectations.
• Establish and communicate clear work standards and behavioral expectations to maintain high employee morale and productivity.
• Effectively delegate tasks, track progress, and follow up to ensure successful execution and desired results.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work culture by promoting collaboration, mutual support, and shared accountability.
• Maintain a consistent, professional demeanor with all external and internal customers, coworkers, employees, subcontractors, etc.
