Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the HVAC Installation Department.
• Oversee scheduling, workforce planning, productivity, and job completion.
• Ensure installations are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to company standards.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top installation talent.
• Conduct ride-alongs, field visits, and performance coaching sessions.
• Monitor key performance indicators including revenue, gross margin, labor efficiency, callbacks, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with sales teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and customer communication.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and profitability.
