• Hold a Kentucky Journeyman License
• Hold a current EPA Certification

Responsibilities

• Lead high quality HVAC installations while creating an outstanding experience for every homeowner.
• Install residential heating and cooling systems to manufacturer specifications
• Lead installation projects with quality and efficiency
• Read blueprints diagrams and specification sheets
• Educate homeowners on their new equipment
• Install furnaces air handlers condensers ductwork humidifiers UV lights and related components
• Start up test and troubleshoot newly installed equipment
• Build lasting relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
• Work closely with field leadership and your installation team
