$60,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years residential HVAC installation/retrofitting experience; 1-3 years commercial install preferred
• RMGA Certification
• EPA Type II & CORE; Universal Certification preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• NATE Certification (preferred)
• Trade/Vocational School completion (preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and insurable record
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems including air conditioning, heating, and control systems
• Start-up and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems
• Build customer relationships and understand their needs
• Exceed revenue goals and maintain organized job sites
• Accurate documentation and active participation in training and meetings

Physical Demands

• Stand for 8 hours, perform strenuous labor, lift heavy objects
• Work in extreme temperatures, climb ladders, and access tight spaces
